How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. We read the contract

    Usually within a day, and always before you sign anything.

  2. We negotiate terms

    Cooling-off, deposit, inclusions and any other special conditions. Back-and-forth with the agent's lawyer runs through us.

  3. Searches and exchange

    We order the searches, explain what's back, and take you through exchange.

  4. Settlement

    Booked and attended electronically through PEXA. Keys move the same afternoon.
